VRL Connect is a matchmaking service for skilled service providers.

We apply VBSS Stages 4 and 5 to bring you clients. You focus on delivery. We split the money when you get paid.

Here’s how it works:

  • We run the ads. Facebook, Instagram, maybe Google. Whatever works for your industry.

  • We handle the inquiries. When someone interested reaches out, we talk to them. We qualify them. We make sure they’re serious.

  • We match them to you. If they’re a fit, we send them your way.

  • You do the work. Clean their house. Fix their car. Train their body. Whatever you’re good at.

  • You get paid. Client pays you directly.

  • We take commission. 5% to 25%, depending on the job. Only when you get paid.

No upfront fees. No monthly retainers. No “pay for leads that don’t convert.”

Why This Exists

I noticed something in the Hotline calls.

A lot of people calling weren’t business owners in the traditional sense. They were skilled workers who wanted to be business owners but couldn’t figure out the client part.

Cleaners who could make a house spotless but didn’t know how to run an ad.

Tutors who could transform a student’s grades but couldn’t write a message that didn’t sound desperate.

Step 2: We Vet You

We want to make sure you’re good at what you do. Because if you’re not, the client won’t come back. And we don’t get paid again.

We might ask for:

  • Photos of previous work

  • References from past clients

  • A short call to understand your style

This isn’t about gatekeeping. It’s about protecting the system. If we send bad providers to clients, the whole thing collapses.

Step 3: You Get a Private Profile

If you’re accepted, we create a private profile for you. No public listing. No strangers browsing your information.

Your profile includes:

  • What you do

  • Your rates

  • Your service area

  • Photos of your work (if relevant)

  • Anything else that helps us match you

Only matched clients see this. Your privacy stays intact.

Step 4: We Run Ads

We apply VBSS Stage 4 — Attraction.

We create ads for your service. We target the right people in your area. We test different messages, different images, different offers.

You don’t do any of this. You don’t write copy. You don’t design creatives. You don’t worry about pixel tracking.

We handle it.

Step 5: We Handle Inquiries

When someone clicks an ad and reaches out, we don’t send them to you immediately.

Why? Because most inquiries are tire-kickers. People who ask for prices and disappear. People who aren’t serious.

We talk to them first. We ask questions. We qualify.

  • When do you need it?

  • What’s your budget?

If they pass the qualification, we match them to you.

Step 6: You Get a Matched Client

We send you the client’s details. Name. Contact. What they need. When they need it.

Client pays you directly. Cash. M-Pesa. Bank transfer. Whatever works.

You record the payment with us. The commission is recorded as debt.

Before your next booking, you clear the debt. That’s the enforcement mechanism.

If you don’t pay, you don’t get more clients. Simple.


The Commission Structure

Commission ranges from 5% to 25% , depending on:

  • Job size — bigger jobs, lower percentage. Smaller jobs, higher percentage.

  • Frequency — repeat clients, lower commission after the first.

  • Industry — some industries have thinner margins than others.

We’re transparent about this upfront. Before you accept any client, you know exactly what the commission will be.

And remember: commission only applies when you get paid. If the client doesn’t pay you, we don’t get paid either.
